Edu Asia Presentation Course

Presentation Skills Workshop
(Two days of interactive learning including role play simulation with professional actors)

Course Introduction

For a lot of people Public Speaking is not always the easiest thing to do. Like many things in life, the more often we do something and the more training we have in a subject, the better and more confident we become.

With a little bit of effort, some encouragement and being open to some general training and skills development we can all be at a level where we can present well in front of an audience.

By the end of this course we want you to be excited about the thought of presenting to an audience. You will be looking forward to your next public speaking appearance or work place presentation rather than worrying about it. We will support and help you gain the confidence to improve your skills and get to a level that you didn’t think possible

Our Approach

Our facilitators use a wide range of practical, enjoyable, tried and tested approaches to bring out the best in you. So you'll find your workshop highly interactive, supportive and fun. You will quickly build your confidence as you experiment and develop. You will l learn a number of simple practical techniques to help you relax when under pressure and to take control of your nervous energy before you present. Confidence is an important factor and this is something that is addressed throughout the program.

Edu Asia facilitators have a strong background in performance enhancement techniques so they have the skills and experience to help develop in all areas of your own development.

We also use professional actors in our approach and this allows you to see clearly what works and what doesn’t, helping you adjust your style to fit with your unique character.

It is important that participants are given the necessary tools and skills to be able to construct and deliver an effective presentation so we do address a wide range of skill sets including structuring, audience interaction and how to use visual aids and props.
